Advertising properties on Lease2You.com:

Terms: Any property owner may advertise their property on Lease2You.com. All advertisement agreements are for a minimum of a one year term. In the event that a property owner chooses to sign up on any day other than the first of the month, the month of sign up will be prorated, and a one year minimum agreement will begin with the first of the next month. An advertisement agreement is paid in a one time yearly fee. All payments are to be paid via credit card or other online method.

Credit Card Verification Charge:

For the purpose of verifying Credit Cards a one time one dollar($) fee will be charged anytime a new Credit Card is inserted into the system. This fee will not be refunded nor will it be credited toward any account. This fee is used to verify that the Credit Card that is entered is a real and credit available card for the purposes of Lease2you.com monthly billing. Under no circumstances will this fee be refunded.

Secure access to enter property information: After completing an agreement form with Lease2You.com property owners will be given access to enter detailed information about each of their properties so that potential renters can use detailed search results to help find the perfect property to lease. Property owners will always be able to access their properties to make changes or additions to their listings.

Reports: The generation of informational reports is one of the advantages of being an advertiser with Lease2You.com. These reports can be used to help with the management of rental properties in many ways. Sample reports may include the following:

1. Average rent for determinable property types (certain bedrooms, cities, etc.).
2. Available rental reports based on time of year available.
3. Available rental reports based on property type.
4. Daily availability reports.
5. Total units being rented based upon area.
6. Vacancy charts.
7. Market reports of varying need and information.

Yard signs: Lease2You.com yard signs will be available for purchase at a cost of $15.00 per sign. There will be a $3.99 shipping and handling charge added to each sign purchase. Poles must be provided by purchaser. To order yard signs click here and login.

Photographic advertisement: Every listing on Lease2You.com will receive five online picture advertisements. These pictures will help renters to determine if a property might meet their needs.
